Transparency is a key ingredient for a successful partnership.
First time evaluation is $225 and thereafter I charge $150 per hour plus travel time if more than 15 minutes outside the Northampton. More details available in my practice policies which can be provided upon your request.
Insurance
If there is a medical need for individual, family or behavioral health treatment (for depression, anxiety, dementia etc.) — some of my services may be reimbursed as an "out of network" benefit by your mental health insurance. I can provide you with a proper invoice as well as guide you but please note I do not direct bill health insurance .
Payments
Cash, check (preferred) and all major credit cards accepted for payment at time of service. PayPal and Venmo welcome. Credit card payments have an additional fee of 2.75-3.75% of the total transaction.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance and I am unable to fill your spot, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
